I guess if we go bigger you could add some nipple fucking animation? If the smaller version wins there could be some type of monster/serum that makes Alicia's nipple bigger and then character[s] fuck the milk out of them.

I wasn't planning on changing her BE nipple size to begin with, that'll be staying where it's at. The concern was that her nipples were too big for her breast size, but with bigger breasts they fit just fine. Conversely, smaller nipples would look very strange on her BE-sized breasts. So no worries there.

Okay, so I just had an idea for an option that isn't in the poll, since I voted right/smaller. Damnit Patreon and sending on enter. Edited! What if the regular areola/nipple size was the right/small one, but became the left/big one when her boobs are made bigger?

Certainly, but that's just semantics. Nobody is going to misunderstand what I'm talking about by referring to nipples, and areolae is a much less commonly used word in comparison.
