Personally, I felt the opposite, Marie didn’t seem to fit into the cast very naturally to me. But hey, different perspectives lol!

I never actually finished playing Persona 4. Probably because Persona 5 was my first game in the series, so 4 felt very dated by comparison. That being said I do like Marie. She didn't feel quite as shoehorned into the story as Violet did IMO.

Funny, I feel the opposite. Always loved Alisaie, but Violet never clicked for me. I've played through P5R a dozen times and I never chose her as a romance partner.

Yeah thinking about it, there are some similarities between the two. Like I can see one between Hifumi Togo and Yotsuyu, even with the angle where their parents are an obstacle in their lives.

Just the other day I was thinking of which Scion would fit which character archetype in Persona 5, and I'll be honest I hadn't considered Alisaie for Violet but now I see I should've because oh boy does she rock that outfit.
