🕑 Added 2023-10-24 07:55:59 +0000 UTCYesterday's busy morning mind on the computer distracted me from the joys of anticipation for a dip... I really notice when I'm in my headspace... Weather was not particularly inviting, cold, wet, humid... so I was comfortable indoors.
Then, wild woman came with her sage advice and reminder: 'You'll enjoy it', which happens every time... and so I did, and I loved it.
It was particularly amazing when I took the picture of embracing the elements and putting my focus on the river, as a cormorant passed flying very close to the surface in my direction, it seemed that s/he was resting and started to fly when I did that... synchronised movements to start or journeys in the river. That was another beautiful sign to just go for it!

Thanks ππ½ I think so too, if we all lived closer to our purest selves, and let ourselves be moved by the beauty in everything and everyone, we'd be more connected, more compassionate... it's so necessary
