Glorious contrast
🕑 Added 2024-01-07 17:50:17 +0000 UTCToday I went to the woods to gather natural materials for the bug hotel we made yesterday. Depite the low temperatures, sun was out and wow, really made me sweat on the way back. First thing was to go for a swim. It was revitalising, high contrast between the very cold water and the heated skin. I went in twice, the second time truly enjoyable, really acclimatised to the temperature. In between I sat on the shore feeling the current, noticing sounds, light, birds... Glorious
