I wasn't really aware that the direction of the eyes was different in the rough sketch and the finished picture, but it certainly seems like the direction of the gaze changes the character's thoughts and foreshadows the development of the story. Also, whether there is light in the eyes of the bound character may determine whether the character is still alive or not. So... does the soul of the maiden in the bottom right still remain?

I really like how the direction of an eye or pupil can change the atmosphere of a story! In the completed artwork, the damsel at the bottom right corner and the child at the center is staring straight at the viewer. It implies that a new witness has entered the room. In the sketch, the damsel at the bottom right is looking at the side. She's staring at one of the dolls. There's fear in her eyes, like she's afraid of being in the same state as the doll. It also implies that she's stuck there and no rescuers are coming.

＞サイコホラー系のキャラジャンルで言うとヒトコワ系になるかと思いますがその場合それを対処できる側のキャラがいなそうなので厄介そうですね霊能少女では太刀打ちできないでしょうし・・・＞住人も知らない隠し部屋古くからの開かずの間ならば心霊系でしょうし夫婦で暮らしており妻は知らなかったが実は夫が・・・ならばヒトコワでしょうしその取材班が新米の若手ばかりだった場合は真実を知られ豹変した夫が妻もろとも（企笑）

括る子ちゃん、新しいホラーDID常連キャラになるポテンシャルを感じますね。結び目花子さん・縛尺様が超自然的なキャラである一方、括る子ちゃんはサイコホラー系のキャラという違いを出せそうですし。 TV番組が元ネタのホラーDIDですと、一見して心霊色が無いバラエティー番組において就寝時に聞こえる奇妙な音に悩む住人を取材中取材班がロープやテープといった不穏なものを発見し最終的には住人も知らない隠し部屋が見つかって・・・なんて展開とかも良さそうですね。
