Our friend here has similar struggles. Though, my own special extra sleepy melatonin formula has a little something something extra to really make sure he's going to want to go straight to bed~

Those look delicious, even/especially the blue one! Having a hot sleepy drink would be something to look forward to each night as well. I used to do regular hot cocoa before bed but my waistline disagreed 😂 Did you find the Blume one to be effective even without melatonin?

Personally, I tried both Beam Dream (https://shopbeam.com/products/dream-powder-4?variant=41387075567671 ) and Blume Blue Lavender Blend (https://itsblume.com/collections/superfood-latte-blends-all/products/blue-lavender ) and found they both work great. Dream actually contains melatonin (among other things), whereas Blue Lavender Blend doesn't. Also, Beam is American, and Blume is Canadian (in case anyone wondered why I switched, American + three weeks to deliver + border fees + 3 times more expensive = ugh every month; Blue is much nicer on the wallet, especially since I live IN Canada and so don't have to deal with customs and certain... other problems right now).
