3 hours of work in photoshop with this face texture... 103 layers))) just painted her skin with red color and used gaussing blur, changed opacity, so and dots - the first layer blue color (with gradient blue-green) and the second layer red color (multiply)

I am really interested to know how you got her skin to look so red and bumpy. And how you did the little dots. Are those freckles?
