Until then, he would have Rho'dan increase his investigations.

If Varrus wants any degree of peace in regards to those 12kids he owes Syra he really needs to spend some time either doing magical research into fertility spells / curses. Or parhaps get started on alchemy for that lvl 30 experimenter perk to reveal "all" possible effects on an ingredient eaten, which might lead to a potential fertility effect because why would warcraft ingredients be limited to 4 effects?
