Fun therapy tip I learned for when you just feel numb/don't feel anything! Try to identify 1 to 3 feelings each day. This can be a check in with just yourself, a friend, family, or a partner. Say "I feel _____ because ______" It's so fucking hard at first but once you learn to identify a feeling and then figure out what it is that caused that feeling it helps a lot to eliminate that numbness! It can be something as simple as "I feel irritated because I can't identify what I'm feeling".

Idk why I’ve been taught this, but I was always told growing up to buy the smallest tampon possible for your flow to lessen the chance of getting TSS - it also hurts like hell taking out a tampon that is dry/doesn’t have a lot of blood on it
