Clarification on the esports segment. Riot is doing what the teams (read, investors) wanted and specifically not what the players wanted. The teams are not controlled by the players. This change is devastating for the players job security and the future of up-and-coming players - as they no longer have a pipeline into the pro scene. Amazing pod as always!

Okay, so a good bad show on netflix that I think either you two may love or hate because of the theme -- The Circle!! It's a show where people get brought in to a contest where they make an online persona, could be them, or they could be catfishing. They basically get people to like them based on their online persona and at the end they all meet each other and see if they're catfishing or not, but their final votes are already cast before they meet each other. For QT in particular - there are some baking contests and some people really show their true selves. It's a fun show!

About the standup thing: so many times QT presents herself as this ball of stress, anxiety, fear, etc. But feels fine about trying standup, live.I don't mean to create any doubts, and if her participations on roasts is anything to go by, she'd prob kill it.

I think slime probably said that because he recognizes how incredibly hard stand up can be, but the difference would be that QT already has an audience who understands her comedy, she not starting from scratch as a nobody, so she wouldn’t bomb the way most people do. I think QT could do it though and I would 100% love to go to her show.

That is wild. QT makes me feel the complete opposite of cringe. I think she processes embarrassing things for you which makes the uncomfortable feel comfy. You can’t deny she’s so right which feels so wrong.
