Hey QT I have worked in the field of psychology as well as been in treatment myself. With patients that get anxious about medication I was taught the sometimes low dose extended release medications can solve the problem. Before I got over my discomfort of taking meds I took supplements in the morning and my psychiatrist would have me just toss in me extended release (you name it) anxiety medication. I thought he was insane when he told me to just give this a try at first but when it worked I was really pleasantly surprised.

As a Klonopin girlie, it also made me anxious for a few weeks. I feel like it's a combination of general medication anxiety and trying something new/worrying that it won't work. It still happens from time to time but it helps a ton during major anxiety episodes.

my experience with anxiety meds is they increase anxiety/depression for a while before you find the right dose and your body adjusts🫡🫡

@QT Have you tries Cicapair? If not I think you might like it since you often compain about looking red and not matching you skincolor. I don't personally use it but my sister does and she swears by it
