Dude QT, I get the sleep thing so hard. Sometimes I'll try to go to sleep too and I'll notice my heart beating, and if I think about it I can REALLY feel it in my neck and it's super uncomfortable and I have to put my hand on my neck to make it less bothersome. I also sometimes am on the edge of sleep, and I'll notice and then for a second I feel like I can't breathe and I become conscious and awake again

My sleep always gets messed up if I have to set an alarm or I know I have to get up at a different time than usual. Think it has to do with my anxiety around missing the alarm and not waking up/being late. I just lay there waiting to fall sleep and I usually fall asleep like an hour before the alarm goes off. It is the worse!!!

Loved the episode! Ya'll are great at just generally being decent people which is hard and takes a lot of effort. I do want to say that I would love for Taylor (apologizes if she spells her name different) to at least have a mic, if not join the podcast like any other "streamer/youtuber." I know those of us who watch the pod regularly enjoy her input and commentary and would love to have her genuinely included. Also I have to say I love the progression of both the podcast and the streamer awards in general, the experience for both the viewer and the streamers involved has exponentially increased and it is an absolute joy to be able to experience and be a part of. QT with all her perceived faults, knows what she is doing and does it to a level which few can match, I cherish what she is able to put together and the absolute perfectionism that she exemplifies. I would honestly love to be involved with anything that QT or Maya puts together, an the amount of time and energy that they put into anything that they do is inspiring!! I'm happy to support them and love the content that is produced, ALWAYS!!!!

FWIW QT I had sleep anxiety from having a rough case of covid in 2020 and called 911 back to back years thinking I was having a heart attack. Also put on the oximeter, saw my heart rate spiking and proceeded to make my panic attack that much more intense. What's worse, the same paramedic showed up both times and remembered me from the previous year. I was embarrassed at the time, but panic attacks are just real mfers.
