It's a random number generator, what means it can even draw the same number twice in a row, those numbers were still in the pool, in this way I wanted to present that the numbers are completely random, but now I do agree that making this after might be a better idea.

Nobody gets kicked out. Each draw is a random number and all numbers are uniformly distributed. Still I can understand the confusion.

But why not to use the 1st number and after that verify if app work or not? 4 people was "kicked" out of giveaway with this approach. Still congrats the winner)
