Hello Daz, looks like my work won’t let me go now til April. I know to avoid the water festival. But I’m desperate (pun intended) to come (pun not intended). When does the festival start and end and what’s it like around end of March to just before the festival? Is there less girls available? Less “quality”? Is it actually cheaper (not talking about tickets or hotels obviously). Finally will you be about? Any chance of meeting you for a drink on me?
