Qt is actually right about signs for the lantern flies, if you walk around central park the tree have signs with pictures of what they look like and to kill them if you see them

Lemongrass oil is nice for bugs. Also the green caterpillar is colloquially called a 'Hornworm' or smtn and they are best removed by just yankin them
