Girl! If you need some healthy food/snacks when traveling and trying to lower cholesterol you can get food from a gas station. I know it sounds off but they usually have Fairlife protein drinks, fruit like apples or bananas, you could even do a pickle and a bag of nuts 🌰 if you go to a fancy gas station they might even have yogurt or parfait (but if your GF maybe just go for fruit and yogurt)

As someone with celiac and ibs I always bring my “emergency backpack” which is at least one ice pack, two extra pairs of comfy pants, underwear, bags, tissues, a towel, and a water bottle on every single roadtrip I go on for this exact reason lol. And yes, it has come in handy 😅🥲

🙋I too have shit myself thinking I could make it home. The same punch to the gut, instantly needed to shit. The top of head was touching the roof of my car with how hard I was fucking squeezing, in the middle of traffic unable to pull over. I got home, took a shower , threw my clothes away and I had to buy one of those odor neutralizer scent bombs for my car.
