[Notice of correspondence regarding new policy][English]

The new terms state that illustrations are subject to regulation at the discretion of the management. If the three characters I often draw in my Fanbox are considered "under 18 years old (children)" and the usual 18-rated diffs are judged to be "sexual acts without consent," it seems that almost all of my posts will be rejected.
In other words, it depends on the decision of pixiv management, so I don't know when it will be said to be subject to regulation.
Since I don't know if the crackdown will be stricter than before after December 15, it seems that I will have to wait and see what the management comes up with after the 15th.
For now, the current FANBOX operation will remain in place, and when an article is deemed out of order, the article will be deleted from FANBOX and a free fantia ticket will be issued for the current month, so that the deleted article can be viewed on fantia. *If too many articles are deemed to be regulated, FANBOX may once again be considered for closure.
The terms and conditions will be enforced from mid-December, so it would be better to download all past back numbers before then just in case. fantia's free tickets are issued for the current month, so if pixiv asks me to delete past articles, there will be no way to view them under the current situation. (fantia does not yet sell back numbers older than two months.)
My response to the new agreement for the time being is as above. Supporters can download all articles up to November from the following article [Back Number Summary]. The download link will be valid until December 14, 9:00 p.m. Japan time.

Good plan boss. I feel like BOOTH will be impacted the most since it is direct sale for a product. Supporting an artist activity on FANBOX is not paying for a goods, but it is just supporting a person...

If I recall, fantia stopped selling back numbers for older posts past a certain time. I saw posts from some artists I follow that aren’t allowed to be brought because it’s too old. Otherwise Tsukimaru wouldn’t of said that back numbers arent sold past two months. Try going on fantia and look at various artists back numbers past many months and see if they allow you to subscribe and buy that back numbers. I’m certain fantia disabled that function since a back number I was planning on buying became unavailable.

Fantia back issues are not locked, why do you think so? It is up to the artist to lock them or not. They can either be: 1) locked completely 2) unlocked if you pay the subscription fee for that specific month 3) open for viewing for all supporters indefinitely

Thanks for the announcement, I hope your posts don’t get deleted thus being forced to use fantia haha! Seeing fantia has no way of allowing supporters to view older posts (which is silly), you should look into dlsite’s Ci-en. To my knowledge, I don’t think posts are permanently locked from viewing after a certain amount of time passes. I don’t know much about the site beyond that so you can look into it if you need a place to store older posts for viewing. Anyways wish you the best of luck Tsukimaru-san!
