I find Maya and QT more relatable than most (all?) male content creators, as far as personality goes. My interests are pretty different, but the way they unpack their experiences, emotions and opinions I find very relatable. Also, great story telling and senses of humor, and so far they still haven't become assholes despite their success, so that's appreciated. Also, some of the girly stuff helps me understand my wife better too. We watch together a lot.

To answer your question about my question: Yes, Patreon has a chat section and specific channels you make can be gated to certain tiers. It’s kinda nice having it all be together on this app. Jodi does her book club chats in there plus just general chit chat.
