Man that story about the friend being in love with their friend is heartbreaking. If they haven’t yet or it’s been a while, they need to confess. It’s not worth being heartbroken and sounds like he’s waiting around in case one day the feelings are reciprocated. Might end the friendship but beats the alternative

Loved the radio story. Is great to solve conflict through science and engineering. Kept guessing the radio was going out the window so to rig a mechanical problem and avoid blame is genius.
