Also, just be aware that you are teaching yourself to be scared and to listen to that irrational voice. When Rae says imagine just being there and being anxious the whole time, and makes the decision based off that, it just teaches her brain to accept those fears as inevitable. If you want to slowly lose the ability to fight anxiety with truth, this is how you do it.

Am I stupid if every time QT says "I watched a documentary," I think "Oooh, what new perspective on the human condition has QT absorbed this week?" only to find out that it's usually another true crime documentary? I get that it works for WAI because true crime is like a Reddit AITA where the answer is always a resounding "yes, you're the asshole, go to prison", but in my heart of hearts I'm always hoping QT will give us a hot doc recommendation where the subject isn't primarily murder/abuse.

The doc is sickening but it really proves that small town America is not all it’s cracked up to be lol. How can you be so vile to a girl who was as much a victim as anyone else in the situation? I think if you’re really stressed/worried about your safety y’all shouldn’t go to twitch con. It’s best to stay home and relax as much as you can instead of going and being on edge even if you’d be safe with security.

I hate this mom so much, this documentary should have been about the mother. The doc went a long with the gaslighting the mother continues to do instead of shining the light on what she did and CONTINUES to do to her daughter.
