QT! I recommend that you watch Erased. It’s an anime that has murder/mystery vibes, only 12 episodes. It’s the perfect starter, especially if you’re into true crime or documentaries, IMO

Similar to Emi not recognising System Of A Down members Not a ‘local’ comic book shop but one I used to get orders from, years ago apparently an older big bearded guy was in there & member of staff was a dick to him over something (this shop had issues with some staff iirc like dismissive) & he ended up leaving the store It was Alan Moore 😂 I’m pretty sure their colleague was ready to end them on the spot In case anyone is unfamiliar - he’s a major figure in comics, like he’s worked across DC & Marvel, multiple other comic book studios, had multiple films made of his work - Watchman, From Hell, V for Vendetta he’s worked on 2/3 of DC’s major 3 with two widely recognised as outstanding stories in Batman: The Killing Joke & Superman: Whatever Happened To The Man of Tomorrow, literal award winning writer Add in the guys 6’4 & respectfully INCREDIBLY recognisable not least since his picture is on so many books IN the shop. It’s baffling they didn’t know who he was In comic book world it’s imo kinda like working in a record shop & you come back from lunch to hear your colleague talking about this blonde woman who liked cats & people kept looking at
