The final warthog run takes about 4 mins, even when executed perfectly, no flips, no crashes, and some shortcuts that really expert players figured out. It’s pretty brutal. The key is really just to never flip it over, and get the weaving mechanic down really good. Also there is a tunnel that will shave off like 15ish seconds. But you really gotta have a good understanding of how it handles and what to do with the thumbsticks. Fun fact: the last level ‘the maw” can be done in about 7 1/2 mins.

idk if it was me being on mnk but the the driving seemed much more satisfying and rewarding to do when i played this for the first time edit: i hope lud and one of the yard boys play this eventually and feel the struggle after that call

i'm not gonna say the warthog run is overblown, but as someone who grew up with the crappy halo 1 driving and had my own crashouts on the warthog run, i can usually get it now with 2 or less deaths. if you never drove the warthog a lot it can be a bish.

This 100% reminds me of when I was a kid and played this the first time with my friend, we had the same struggles swapping drivers it wasn't easy back in the day either haha
