I have the feeling Bella is really fucked up, at one point the MC says if he had known something he would have never gotten involved with her. I'm mostly worried about Maya and Josie because of Maya's religious fanatic father. The best part of this game is the light hearted goofy stuff with Derik and pursuing all the girls IMO, don't need the sad stuff that was in Acting Lessons. I don't play games to get bummed out. The linier nature of Acting Lessons where there was no path to an actual happy ending sucked. I don't mind sad paths, but stupid illogical ones for the sake of adding drama or shock value are annoying. Like a grown man couldn't drag 2 95lb girls at the same time , that forced choice was stupid.

I don't think Bella will be killed off but I'm definitely sensing some trouble of some kind coming. I get stressed out just thinking about it. I think I can survive as long as nothing too serious happens to Jill or Maya. I just feel so bad for Maya, she's so pitiful. She has the prettiest, saddest eyes and her story is something I'm kind of familiar with being from where I'm from. I live in what's called the "Bible Belt" here in the US so I've grown up with people that have experienced exactly what she's going through, maybe that's why I'm a bit more sensitive to it but I always make choices in her favor when going through the story again and I would in real life too. Jill is my pick but I feel the most for Maya, I think.

I played Acting Lessons, it was really good imo. I'd like to think I got a good ending for my decisions. BaDIK is so fun to play too! Jill's character is written pretty well. Sure do love Isabella, just had be persistent...but why do I get the feeling she's gonna get killed off?

originally BAD was going to be a prequel to Acting Lessons, but DPC changed that. So chances are great, no Jonas and Liam.

You should check out Acting Lessons if you haven't while on downtime till the next episode... I'm still curious if Jonas and Liam will be making an appearance at some point

I love how we're starting to get consequences of chasing every girl in sight. Usually in games you just get whatever you can and build your harem, it's very cool to start seeing payoffs for what you would (probably) do in real life and go for one girl. Really amazing writing.

Yes it's both, he's got more experience (he didn't rest on his laurels and learnt new things) and better equipment with his huge increase in support (I suppose he got at least a couple 3090, released last year)

Plus the fact that he does so well at it. After replaying Acting Lessons, compared to Ep 7 of BaD the difference is astounding. Acting Lessons was good, but the difference in quality of the animated scenes is impressive. I don't know if its upgraded equipment since AL, or him just learning how to do things better but its quite a difference. Maybe it's both?

I'm so glad DrPC is organized and productive. If their games were this good but they struggled to get out two tiny episodes a year like so many creators, it would be soul-witheringly frustrating. :)
