Status update & Patron milestone reward - Part 9

I'm checking in to let you know it's starting to turn around for the better with the covid.
For the last three days, I've been having intermittent 40C/104F fever, and today it's the first day without fever.
I'm drained of energy, but I feel that I'm getting better. I'll try working again in another day or two.
Before I got sick, I worked on art this week, mainly static renders. The render count for the interlude is close to 700 at the moment.
I have a handful of scenes left to pose renders for, and I have animation work left to do.
I also have coding and GUI design left. I hope I can make more progress this upcoming week.
For the patron milestone celebration, I'll give you the first two pages of the comic book and one art piece from it.

This was the aprox. final tally for episode 8. Keep in mind that Interlude is not a full episode and will be shorter in length and content: 4158 renders, 24 2D-art pieces, 358 animations, 37 songs, 31 sound effects

two good freinds & coworkers of mine had those same simptoms you describe it took about 9 days for one and 12 for the other to feel better.........both are triple vacced

Doc, hope you take it easy and make sure you're fully recovered. Don't know how old you are or anything about your vax status, but there are stories of other people who seemed to be recovering only to worsen quickly and even die. All the best to you and your family!
