Status update Episode 9

It will be a short update today as it's hard to report on the status when I have been writing all week. I've worked on dialogue, free-roam, and phone content.
Writing has been going well, and I have plenty left to write. I feel the episode getting more organized and defined each day I write. It is both fun and challenging because I haven't done this level of branching before.
Planning is key for this episode, so I've been going back and forth to my drawing board a lot to make sure the episode will work for all branches.
I'll probably spend another week writing before working on art again.
I'll have a new preview for you within a few days, and the poll for the second special render set will go live tomorrow.

I always found Jill and Mona's faces very weird looking, like plasticky. So I vote Bella despites Jill's killer body.
Please don't overwork yourself and burn yourself out, and dont get lost in the writing sauce. I dunno what I would do if Being a DIK never got finished because of burnout and lost passion.

I'm not sure how the other devs plan their work, but DPC has the whole story planned out/storyboarded. But yeah, I think DPC has the full grasp of all the work ahead. I do share your sentiment though. I hope BaD will be the best it can be, and DPC doesn't burn himself out (which looks to be unlikely).

I know a lot of producers who tried branching a lot end up drowned by massive dialogue and ideological confusion.some of them left work undone or just had weak ending,please please don't be one of them,love u DPC,looking forward to the next episode.

I can imagine the writing has been intense with the branching coming but it's exciting as I feel it's one of the games strongest points. Can't wait to see some things start coming together.
