cool was suddenly saw Interlude in my games and was worried I would have to play it a bunch to be able to do ep 9 when it comes out

after you play it once you can "skip" where you pick the major choice for the interlude and then it gives you the same now screen to be ready for 9

do we have to play Interlude for all our saves to be able to jump to Episode 9? cause I've only played it once but I've got saves for each girl
