Last play-thru I did was a 100% celibate route. And yes, the test still is shown. I figure it'll be one of the options for MC to spend/waste his inheritance on that are, inevitably, coming. My money is on Derek and Ashley as MC would feel compelled to help his maggot brother...

It is possible to complete an abstinent run. I think the pregnancy test scene will still show during that run. Haven't tested it myself.
