@Alejandro Bravo I replayed Interlude and I did experience what you did (not being able to click the blue circle). It seems like it's a hitbox issue. I had to move my cursor slightly lower-left for the circle to be clickable. So try moving your cursor around the blue circle.
I had the same problem. I found i had to click slightly to the right of that sphere to count it. No portion of the actual sphere counted.

Is it possible to win the drinking game with Becky? I saw a patch note that said "fixed a bug that made it impossible to win with Becky" but after patching I still have never been able to.

Yes, same with me, but it seemed to me that was more a problem with my mouse than with the game.

The only issue I ever had was tied to refresh rate. @120mhz I would have to be lightning fast and exact, to get an S rating. @60mhz I can get an S rating with ease. But I never had an issue with clicking blue dots. Sounds like a end-user problem.

When I played I couldn't get the red dots to affect anything, but had no issues with the game playing through

I noticed this the other day as well, click close to the blue dot, not "on" it.
It is indeed an issue I have gotten it a few times, eventually if I click on it enough it registers but it takes quite a few clicks

Yes I'm so sure, the problem occurs on the fourth or fifth turn, in fact the game doesn't progress and I have no choice but to fail on purpose to continue

There is no known error in that minigame. Are you sure you're avoiding the red spheres?
