I know that I'm 8 months late to the party, but I suggest to do again the Thanksgiving party in episode 10 and carefully look at how Sally looks to the MC while he's playing the guitar. It will give you a hint on what she really thinks of the MC. :)

There's a REALLY good AVN (Cosy Cafe) I recently played that was just ruined for me by an obnoxious catgirl there's no option to hide. I mean, I read the whole thing even though it wasn't needed for the adult content, which is all I really care about in AVNs. The story and plot development really intrigued me, but the fucking catgirl furry just made me wish I had a spray bottle to squirt in her face and traumatize her every time she acted like that.

Yesterday i had my amazing bithday so its not a joke maggots😅! Hello, brothers! I have become a really huge fan of Dr Pink Cake work, for the starters in the beginning , i just had pirated the game… After 10 hours of gameplay, I had finally undestood what a master pièce of a game it is! I had abandonned my pirated game and i directly bought it on steam with all of the guides and then i launched my very first subscribtion on patreon for Doctor’s amazing work. I am so glad that i heard of this game at it has already changed my life amazingly. The only small problem that I have with all of 3 seasons is that i couldn’t spent MORE time with this story😄😅! I know that you cant have a perfection for an eternity.😢 (I think that I had already done 2 seasons in 130 hours on steam~) I will support Dr. Pink Cake until its nécessaire! Even if it will take years!

I can really imagine this scenario though... Sally lost her source, so she and Karen started to buy Adderall from Quinn. Quinn fell from the roof (really bad trip), and so MC took over Quinn's business until she's released from hospital (Quinn route). Tommy couldn't take over, because he is irresponsible (especially with drugs and money), and it would be dangerous for any other ΗΘΤ's. Then one day MC just mix up the pills or girls don't have enough money, and BAM! - April fools scenario becomes reality. You're welcome 😁
