Considering how many AVNs that I've played, I've begun to rate them by various criteria. Plot/story, graphics, and girls. There are a lot of games out there. Some are nothing more than a spacebar fest. You are just going along with the story. Some are harem games. You are basically going to screw every girl in the game. Some have good plots/stories, some have awful plots/stories, and some are just plain great. As far as I'm concerned, Being a DIK is among the best out there although there are several that rival those criteria. However, one criteria that I have not mentioned yet, replayability, is on in which Being a DIK beats them all. You can play the game over and over and over again and by varying just a few things, can make it a different game. I am constantly finding things that I missed. Did you know that it is possible to get the teacher that takes over for Cathy beaten up? I didn't know until recently. As far as I'm concerned, DPC is the best writer/developer in this genre of games.

$2100+ US Dollars each...not cheap, and questionable if they will actually perform better than the RTX 4090 for non-DLSS stuff.

Have you played episode 11 yet? From the status updates, a lot of effort has been put into balancing the content between main girls, but also the Others branch(which includes Nicole).

The episodes will only come to Steam after episode 12 is completed and those on Patreon get the chance to play it first. I'd expect Steam may not get it until the guide is complete as well, but we shall see.

I don't think DPC spends much time looking at other games with how much effort is put into BaD. I also enjoyed LoF, and U4IA is fun so far. But, no talk about other games since people may not get through them before episode 11 is released.

There are no other games that have the number of choices that result in changes, not just for AVNs. Eternum is VERY good, but the character depth in BaD can't be matched. That's the thing, there are other games that have good stories, but they don't give anywhere near as many choices that make you want to play them again and again, just to try to find something different, from differences in the same scenes to things you only encounter once, because somehow, the choices end up not unlocking that scene.

I have yet to find another AVN that compares. Leap of faith was o.k. but Acting Lessons has it beat imo.

Are they even out yet? He has 4090's right now. He just bumped up resolution and fps for newer episodes so the render times are a little longer.

Unfortunately my Cece playthrough was my first one and I haven't been able to get past the bridge scene since then.

Completely agree and am glad Drifty gave us a potential for a happy ending with Cece but like Teufelhunde said....definitely an emotional wringer getting there.

Good point. The story line there was developed from something personal to the writer. However, the ending for that line was very good even though it takes you through an emotional wringer.

Leap of Faith was a pretty good game. The Lexi path is my second favorite AVN story line. The Jill path is still my favorite. Third is Jaye in Chasing Sunsets. Drifty (the writer for LoF) has a new one out called U4ia and so far, it's pretty good, on par with LoF. But BaD is still #1 on my leaderboard.

I love how all of the LI girls are completely different and their personalities make you take a different approach to each. However by the end of episode 10 they are all supporting in a group for the worthy goal.

Take your time and once again provide us with a great product. I continue to try to find other AVNs that can compete with BaD. There are some that are close but there are way too many that fail miserably and you could tell that they were rushed products lacking in graphics, storytelling, and simple quality control. The MC-Jill relationship is still my favorite among AVNs. I am eager to see the continuation of that story.

How I think all of the MLI are hot: Bella: Athletics body with big breasts and wild in the scenes once you get her motor running. Jill: Statuesque with a perfect body and an innocence that is endearing. Josy: Petite and just want to hold her close, and yes screw Maya: Similar to Jill but much dirtier mind, just no experience with guys. Sage: Wild with big breasts and just really gives into her carnal urges. Love the haunted house with her.

It's my favorite mini-game by far. I really enjoy trying to optimize object placements for our brothers' enjoyment. It's quite a bit of fun!

Hello Doc, we are approaching the beta phase...wohooooo 🥳 I'm playing Episode 10 right now and I'm coming back from my date with Riona...you know, the date with the world's ugliest stuffed animal 😅 I have tons of other AVNs here, but I always come back to BaD. I absolutely love the game and in my opinion, it's one of the best AVNs out there. Every genre has games that are considered the best of their kind. Doom for shooters, Call of Duty for multiplayer, Baldur's Gate 3 or Witcher 3 for RPGs etc. and for me it's definitely BaD for AVNs. If I want to convince someone to start with this type of game, I always mention BaD. I know I'm repeating myself 1000 times, but thanks for this awesome game Doc. Ok, I'll keep playing episode 10, I have another date with Nicole. Have a great weekend you and everyone else and stay healthy.
