I always forget about this episode but it never fails to impress me with how it handles Luculia and her brother. It feels like more often than not angry male alcoholic characters are treated as targets of scorn, moral contempt or at best judgemental pity. But Luculia has nothing but love and concern for his hurt and struggle. AND we get to see the healing. Damn who's cutting onions in here.
