Yeah, it lets you move and breathe completely unhindered... It's a wonder he's wearing his jacket in the first place. Maybe it's just a bit breezy in the training room :P

Love how dynamic all these poses are. Also the bottom one just makes me imagine naked yoga, which is one of the better ways to do it honestly!
