Behind the scenes of Funfair: Another 2015 prototype

You might notice notice it's a sort of middle ground between the first and last 2015 comics I posted already (old style, but newer panel progression). I was still figuring out how I wanted Conker and Banjo to look like in this big series. I think it's a good thing I went for something more adult-sized!
Along with figuring out the style, it looks like I was also trying to figure out the story's viewpoint. Funfair is told mostly from Conker's perspective, but this prototype explored more extensively Banjo as the story's viewpoint. And, mind you, this was horny Banjo too... (why!)
The second page of this clearly takes the cake. Banjo is himself transported into his own subconscious, where he begs his own brain for guidance. And yes, Banjo's brain has a scrotum instead of a cortex, I thought it was really funny at the time. I still do, honestly.
"Banjo!"
Huh?!
"Banjo, hear ye! Conker is unimpressed with your stupid jokes. You must cease at once."
But... He seems so down! How can I make him smile?
"You must use your insatiably hot body, Banjo. Use your COCK to make him laugh!"

For real? I guess this calls for raunchy pranks...

The brain with a scrotum is pretty darn good haha. It's been fun to see all the different versions of the start of the comic!

I don't know about it being the first time, but it could certainly be the first time he's been this... open, and such a prankster about it too. He really has a stick up his butt about getting his friend in the mood!

Banjo having a sexual awakening and exploring his newfound curiosities could make for a funny story. A whimsical journey of an innocent man getting aroused for the first time and learning how to get off.
