I'm pretty sure Kouta was the girl Naoru almost slept with and Ryo was her boyfriend who "fucked Naoru while she was sitting in the chair, smoking, watching them doing it" (chapter 5 page 24). We'll see, but she is the only girl with whom he is close and with whom he wouldn't like to complicate their relationship, so that would fit.
