Pace is as credible as they come. I wouldn’t call the practice of saving people from foreclosure via creative finance, while simultaneously sharing his knowledge and creating millionaires a “scumbag” practice. You are talking about him losing credibility when you haven’t even done 2 seconds of research. Pace and Jamil do not come from money. Jamil runs one of the most successful real estate wholesaling operations in the country. Pace is a go-giver that has turned many of his community members into millionaires while making money himself as well. I actually bought the “Flip Me” mentorship from them which is based on their HGTV show and it has helped my career immensely.
