I get you Adam, and in the US “innocent until proven guilty (beyond a reasonable doubt)” only fully applies within the criminal court itself. I can call an act a crime as long as I can show in a defamation case that my statement of fact as to what happened is “more likely than not” true. Plus for journalists or speaking about public figures, you just have to show the statement was not malicious or with reckless disregard for truth.

I run support operations for an S+P 500 org. 100,000 open tickets is insanity. All of these customers should be bypassing Revolt and disputing the charges with the payment providers who can crush Revolt with chargebacks (meaning payment providers take back the $$$)

Revolt LLC is a U.S. company. Many of the receipts shown are in California. The fraud was all over the world. I suspect the predator allegations are also global in nature.

Thanks for your concern Adam. This was a tricky investigation. The SA stuff, while not my usual coverage, was unavoidable to talk about. It overshadows everything, and I'm very clear in the video what evidence there is, and what evidence there is not. It is not 'pumping rumors' if you have financial receipts, 3 victims on the record, 2 anonymous, private logs of conversations, and character testimonies. I went through incredible pains to try to fact check this all with Ryan himself, he provided zero evidence or statement. As for the legal concerns, the law in the U.S. for defamation is clear and very much on my side. Ryan is a public figure, my video was made in good faith to try to find facts, and there wasn't malicious intent. My only concern in situations like this is being frivolously sued, but that's always been a risk and it's one I accepted a long time ago.

Don’t worry it’s not my point of view, just concerned for coffee. Im from England, so my message is very much UK related. Hence why I asked if he had run it through a lawyer who specialises in defamation. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty… (In a court of law) that’s just a British thing huh? Just felt the stakes were considerably higher in relation to sexual abuse allegations, over the usual scam type cases. What IF these contacts are making it up, coffee just put this guy on blast and compared him to Harvey Weinstein. Now I’m not saying that these things can’t also be true. Just…. This is not coffee’s usual game.

I respect your point of view, but as a US lawyer, I want to clarify that in the US it’s incorrect to state that if there is no police report there is no crime. There are many reasons a victim of a crime may choose not to come forward, or why a prosecutor may not charge an individual, but the fact of whether a crime was committed only depends on whether the perpetrator’s actions factually met the elements of the crime. In my personal non-legal-advice opinion, in a defamation case, the evidence presented by Coffee would likely be sufficient to prevail.

What a difficult story. I hope you don’t come into any legal issues over this one. Ultimately if these victims haven’t filed a police report then no crime has been committed. Whilst I think it’s obvious he’s clearly morally perverse, it’s only a crime if reported by the victims. Otherwise you’re just pumping rumours. Awesome video though. Do you have legal advice that you check with before you post publicly? Just concerned a little over this one if all these victims never come forward officially to police.
