This can't be KSI typing this. These types of responses are never good and I would think every influncer would know that by now. "I didn't do anything and if You keep saying I did, you will be dealt with legally" is a weird response to a question about being sued and a request for hard proof that could prove the person isn't scamming.

When I first saw the video about this I didn't think much about it. At the end we see this kind of behaviour (and its calling out) all the time and nothing/noone responds. Now I'm starting to think there's something more to it. Go get them Coffee, we got you.

The change in voice from "I'm just a silly little guy, hehe! nothing but dumb meme posts here!" in his tweets to "If I elect to respond to anything further, I will do at the appropriate time and manner." in his texts is really odd. It's clearly not his own words but it isn't straight legal speak either. I think he's getting wise to the fact that your onto something that could be legitimately criminal and has started looking for legal advice as a direct response to that realization. The semantics of the latter quote make the quality of his legal sources dubious at best in my opinion. I wonder if KSI is talking with actual lawyers or taking the advice of someone close to him. I'll also throw out the possibility of personally crafting that statement himself with the intention of scaring you off, but I doubt he's smart enough to write it or dumb enough to think it'd work.

This is such an odd tactic. Like, how could it possible be libel? He admitted he did the thing --- sold an unregulated security, I mean cryptocurrency --- after talking about how great it was and how he was holding. Personally, if it was me, the last thing I would want to do is draw more attention to my possibly criminal behavior by threatening to sue people (when you have already admitted to the relevant facts).

The 'why would I scam' is a classic deflection move of course (and in any case asking for their side means it clearly is not a hatchet job), but it makes me think back to the first CryptoZoo video, with one of Logan's boys saying something like 'Logan doesn't need to scam his fans to make money?'. Unless he can show utter recklessness in your claims he did a pump and dump, he can’t successfully sue you. No lawyer would touch this suit. Well, no half decent lawyer. He might also be setting himself up for a SLAPP suit, depending on where you and he live. He can try to sue in a state with no SLAPP law protection, but you could easily move the venue to your or his state of residence.

Do these people really not understand that if they sue you, they subject themselves to discovery and that truth is an absolute defence against defamation. Maybe they think they have more money than you and can bury you in legal bills, but they drastically underestimate the immediate financial support you would have from your community. I bet like his buddy Logan he hasn't really consulted a lawyer yet and when he does the legal threats will quickly disappear!

KSI should know his other Prime founder's threat of legal action quickly disappeared when it was discovered that facts and opinion based on facts are an effective defense against frivolous lawsuits.
