I put this comment in your voidzilla video, but I'm putting it here again. "If they applied a new defamation exclusion, that would either be a new Policy or an endorsement. Why didn't your insurance broker tell you? They themselves should have an E&O coverage in case they misrepresented your coverage. Insurance companies need to inform you of changes, some States are stricter than others. If the broker / agent misrepresented what coverage you have and said they have defamation coverage and you didn't, that a stoppel issue. I'm sure you have your lawyers checking, but feel free to reach out if you have questions."
