It's really refreshing to see Jin-Hee starting to question if they're doing the right thing in terms of making their child study so hard. They're simply following what the rest of their society deems as the 'proper' way of raising their children. But in the end, she only wants her child to grow up happy and healthy. Soo-Im even begins to question herself as a mother, once U-Ju's grades start to fall. It really depends on which crowd you surround yourself with and what group cultures come to influence you.
