Hi, I think regular patron poll is good and for "random free sketch/loop", it depends. I suggest that people who want to benefit from this express it (ideas) on a monthly post patreon and that you have chosen who is the winner. You should not do the draw (lotery) because the risk is that the person does not want a sketch / loop and that you will be forced to restart the draw (lotery). I prefer the community vote for the image of the month or the theme that already exists.

I think both can work. You can do the regular poll and you can do a "Free reward" (prize) as an extra thing.

In reply to your response above, yeah I think switching to a free sketch/loop would be cool. Also an incentive is like, a perk, for being a supporter. You already do that with the discount, but a chance to win a free sketch or loop would be like an extra incentive.
Like I choose random dude in my whole list of patrons. DM him like "Oi, you win free sketch (or loop), what do you wish me to draw (or animate)". And patron must say, what he/she wishes. It's like a lottery Also, what is an incentive?

When you say random sketch do you mean something you would draw for supporters only or like as an incentive?

Honestly, in my opinion, I think you should change it to a free sketch/loop. This will likely help attract even more people to your patreon.👍
