One fanfic I read had someone help Kiba realize his stupidity by shooting him in the knees, then giving him the gun so he could break it for revenge. Did that enough it became sort of a trauma for Kiba, but it helped with his irrational revenge

You're evil. I like the way you think. Sadly, the location of the DxD Avalon is never explicitly mentioned so Riser 'knowing' where it is wouldn't work, sadly. But also not so sadly since I don't want to make him any harder to kill/beat than he already is. lol. As for stealing potential peerage members, Definitely, but he needs to not rush into it and make his current members feel like he just threw them at Ravel to get rid of them for shiny new toys. That would be a total dick move and he's not a dick, just a bit arrogant and petty.

For a reward If you're going for game breaking then Doomsday's hyper regeneration is perfect. With his phoenix abilities now so busted with his devil fruit he can come back in seconds and tank more of said damage. Plus you can have a comedic montage of him adapting to different things. Regarding bending cannon over his knee maybe have him search out Rose to "steel" her from Rias also maybe hit up Suzaku to rub better Akeno in her face. Definitely grab Avalon if he remembers where it is maybe try his healing flames on the sleeping beauty Leviathan to really fuck with Sirzechs and make him even more paranoid of the Phenixs going to the Old Satans

Riser still looking for outside love, annoyed at seeing Rias about to finish law school in a few years. " Well my dear, pretty soon we will be man and wife, so glad that you're able to take all those classes so quickly. I had heard that sometimes they only offer some required course once a year, glad things are working out so well". Rias gets an evil gleam in her eye, at the next class sign up"ooops I signed up for the wrong course, guess it will take another year to finish". Riser. "oh no, whatever will we do". Parent's "Get married already we want grandbabies!!"!

Rias about to graduate college dreading the impending marriage. Riser looks at her faux lecherously " so glad you didn't decide to become a doctor or a lawyer that would have further delayed our nuptials..." Rias "I am changing my major....". Riser" Surprise pikachu face, but but...." The rest of the peerage in the background now knowing Riser is a pretty chill dude, having just played Rias for the hundredth time to buy more time for himself, just feeling sorry for the guy.

I do plan to do something along those lines. Then do the right thing and point Kiba in the right direction. Wonder how Rias will feel when Riser gives Kiba colid life advice and helps him overcome his issues?

I wonder how long it's going to take for the peerage to realise that Riser, is not in fact evil, and that Rias has just been a spoiled brat this whole time. Riser could make some easy inroads with Kiba. Oh you hate the swords alright I happen to have one, try and break it...ah pity can't do it maybe you should hate something that couldn't just be reforged you goober.

great chapter =D, as for rewards what about air bending or wind chakra nature to amp up his wind abilities since you have amped his fire? another skill i could c being interesting to add to the slow build high reward you have going is a crafting ability like forge master or apothecary i could see forge master mixing really well with his hellfire

What a pleasant surprise! Didn't expect a 2nd part to arrive. As with first one was very entertaining read. Nice responses from the nobles and Yasaka too. Looking forward to seeing the angels response to him using an Excalibur without dying. Also teaching Koneko total concentration breathing? Aside from her to embrace her nature that is quite the power up. Even better once the advanced version is discovered. Keep up the good work but don't overdo it :D need rest too buddy.
