I feel better, updates are coming.
🕑 Added 2020-12-17 14:57:52 +0000 UTCI have found a good doctor, who put my neck back in place, he said that I had some kind of block, and I feel that I had it for years, and at least 10 years, and every time it got worse and worse, and I don't remember when I already had such mobility of the neck as now. I still have related problems in the collarbone, but I think they will go away by themselves.

I had several places along my spine that kept going out. Spent a lot of time getting adjustments. Came to discover that I had a muscle memory problem that would push my back out of alignment. Had several deep, painful massages that broke the muscle memory problem and I haven't suffered with alignment issues since. You can get this problem a bunch of different ways. In your case it may relate to how you sit as you work.
