Tonight, something a bit different. I keep my shirt on (well, mostly, but you know me... ;) and talk about how to actually get fat.
I briefly go through my own gaining history, discuss various myths, wacky and zany ideas you see being thrown around about approaches to gaining, and finally go into some detail about the SECRET METHODS that all superchubs know and keep closely guarded about how to REALLY get fat. Or something like that anyway.

Thanks so much for this Nat! After watching this vid, I thought I’d give it a go and get through 4k calories a day for a week or so (lots of double cream was involved), and I managed to gain about half a stone during that time. Would highly recommend!

This is FANTASTIC!!! I'm so grateful for an honest take on gaining from a gainer who has talked the talk and wobbled the wobbles. THANK YOU for sharing this. I especially think the comment of being patient and making calorie counting a part of your every day life is super critical to long term gaining success as opposed to short term bursts of weight gain.
