Officially back to 480 lbs!
🕑 Added 2023-06-14 22:53:55 +0000 UTCOfficially back up to 480 lbs now! That's 15 lbs gained since about 2 months ago, so roughly 7-8 lbs a month. Pretty pleased about thst I gotta tell you.
To celebrate I thought I'd make a video putting together an old fashioned gainer shake in the blender, and then chug it. And then really struggle to get up off the sofa afterwards...
