There's no official reason, I just figure it's fun to see a big belly. Could be anything though. Stuffed, filled, preggers, what ever works!

Yeah. Though those could work as well, having her in the moment of being naughty feels more like her. Maybe if this was a bit before she got into it I could see her shocked or nervous but once she starts having fun then this is the face she would have.

Thank you! And yup I decided against changing her expression into being distressed or shocked at the viewer seeing her this way. I think it's just more comfy and indeed in-character!
