Great video, glad to hear everyone knows you like to eat. I’m the same, and everyone at works knows to find me if there are any snacks or goodies brought in lol Don’t sweat it if your weight goes up and down, as long as you are enjoying yourself and trying to grow. Looking good already 👍🏻

I appreciate that! I honestly enjoy doing them. I only feel a little discouraged when I lose weight, which is very easy given my job. But it excites me getting bigger for everyone here
