No worries about spoilers! We actually finished the entire season in that sitting lol, I was very happy with the last episode and the set ups for season 5 are perfect. Really looking forward to seeing what happens next :)

I think with Miguel re-aggravating his back injury, it's more than just from the kick he tried to pull. It's symbolizes the emotional strain he's taken all season. With Johnny and Daniel's rivalry, he's been torn between his love for learning a new style, and his loyalty to Johnny as he's basically his father figure. The back injury is just an example of his stress taking over his body.
