Progress update 10/26

I finished the coding and playtesting for the two new endings last night, and I could absolutely get an update out by the end of the month. After receiving some kind comments on the last post, and doing some thinking, I've decided to push the release date back 1-2 weeks to add more content to the other endings. This is partly because this will be the final update of the game, and I want to be happy with it, but it also represents a philosophy change for me.
For the first couple of years of making the game, I refused to push deadlines back. At the time, I believe that was the right decision, but lately I've started to feel that attitude has pushed me to release updates I'm not proud of and has led to a lot of burnout on my part. Going forward I will still be shooting for an update every two months, but I'm going to be more willing to give myself that extra one or two weeks if I feel I need it.

Yeah! I've talked about it a few times before, but I want to start making some episodic/short story style games. Small, bite sized, games that I can complete in the span of two months that will allow me to tell shorter, more focused stories without having to commit to a long game.

Hey there! Huge fan of your games and a long time supporter. Just curious now that SC is almost wrapped up and I presume SU can't be too far off, do you have anything to tease for the future? A spinoff perhaps? It is a great universe you've built
