How to fix VR in the game.

After the release of the latest update, I saw many reports that the hands in the game stopped working. I spent several days trying to figure out this problem, since I was launching the game through Meta Quest and everything worked fine for me.
Today I launched the game through SteamVR and the same thing happened to me. It turned out that this issue occurs not only in my project but also in others. I came across numerous posts on Reddit and the Steam support forum. Valve simply broke something in the latest update, which came out on August 5.
So we’ll have to wait for them to fix it - there’s nothing I can do about it. If you want to fix the game for now, you just need to roll back to a previous version of SteamVR, or, for Oculus owners, simply use Meta Quest to launch it.

I tried this with the PSVR2 and unfortunately does not work...The hands are still floating and don't respond.

I don’t know why, but I’ve always launched the game through meta quest, because steamvr took too long to load or something like that

Do you still need the pc to play on meta quest?. I've never played through anything but steamvr before

i figured it was steam windows or metas fault from the start, they almost never release functional updates, just last year around june a steam vr update was fully freezing up peoples pc's so bad you had to reboot it just to get anything to respond with a false flag error code on steam vr's ui that when searched google claims it means you did something illegal and your request was blocked by your ip for legal concerns, heard it scared alot of people, and possibly damaged some innocent peoples pc's.
