I decided to add the uninterpolated original gif for those interested, enjoy!
(also in case anyones ever wondered, my animations are done frame by frame, they're not motion tweened. I just use interpolation software in order to have high framerate)

im able to warp parts of the image, but i also sometimes do some hand-painting on top of frames which is something that cant be done in motion tweening software

How do you animate the picture? Are you able to manipulate the Artwork making it look like it moves, or do you have to add new layers and drawn each animation one by one?

While the tiddy jiggle rightfully draws attention, all the smaller additions and bounces everywhere really sell the sense of motion. They don't go unnoticed.
